One Arena Store Refund Policy

Refunds will not necessarily be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the Product or if your computer does not meet the minimum Product requirements. If you feel you qualify for a refund please contact us at support@valvr.com. Refunds will be issued solely at Virtualites, Inc. discretion.

OneArena.gg reserves the right to refund and revoke any purchases believed to be associated with fraudulent activity or key reselling. Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to, any willful or deliberate act committed with the intention of obtaining an unauthorized benefit, such as money or property, by misrepresentation, deception, or other unethical means.

Though we review every refund claim individually, due to the nature of digital game key sales we must state that all purchases are final and we do not issue returns of purchase.

That said, if you have made a purchase by mistake or have another issue with an order placed through our store, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please include the following information:
